Our platform uses a Credits / Coins system as the sole mode of payment for platform services.
Credits / Coins are required for: job applications or postings, mock interviews, career guidance, skill assessments, and courses/training programs.
Each service displays its required Credits / Coins before you confirm a transaction.
Value of Credits / Coins
1 Credit / Coin = ₹1 (INR).
Job related services typically range between 100 – 250 Credits / Coins.
Other services (courses, assessments, training) have individual pricing as shown on the platform.
Purchase of Credits / Coins
Credits / Coins can be purchased via available payment options shown at checkout.
After successful payment, the purchased balance is added to your in-platform wallet/account.
Usage
Credits / Coins can only be used within the ReferMeNow platform to access listed services.
The cost in Credits / Coins is shown clearly prior to confirmation; once confirmed, the amount is deducted immediately.
Partial usage or reversal is not supported after a deduction completes.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
All purchased Credits / Coins are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unused Credits / Coins cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another user/account.
The company is not responsible for loss of Credits / Coins due to user error, account sharing, or unauthorized access.
Expiry of Credits / Coins
Unless otherwise stated, Credits / Coins do not expire.
The company reserves the right to introduce an expiry policy in the future; any change will be communicated in advance.
Changes to Pricing and Policy
The company may modify the value, pricing, or terms governing Credits / Coins at any time without prior notice.
Changes apply prospectively to future transactions and will be reflected on the platform.
Acceptance of Policy
By purchasing or using Credits / Coins, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Credits / Coins Policy.
Continued use of the platform following updates signifies acceptance of any amended terms.
